My Story
After battling anxiety and depression for several years, I grew tired of trying to force change in my life. I felt as if I was a victim of my circumstances. Once I recognized that I could instead focus on changing my thoughts, I started to see real, lasting results. I no longer had to accept every thought that flitted across my brain. I could choose which thoughts to think to feel the way I wanted to feel, which would ultimately lead to the results I was looking for.
